⏰ What's Our Turnaround Time?

We specialise in same day printing garments for any last minute requirements you have! But we also have longer timeframe options so you can save money. We have general wholesale production queues, so if you can wait 12-14 business days - you will save a lot of money.

💨 How Does Same Day Printing Work?

We keep stock of the most popular items from AS Colour, meaning you can choose tshirts, hoodies, crew neck jumpers - in both womens and unisex ranges. Place your order by 11am on any weekday, and we can have the items ready for pickup by 5pm that same day.

Simply place your order via the store, upload your file, and you will be contacted by one of our team with mockups for approval. We will then move into production and notify you when they item is ready.

📦 Is There a Minimum Order Quantity?

For garment printing with digital print methods - no! You can get one item, you can get 1000 items! So yes, we can supply items for any volume you desire.

For screen printing and embroidery, there is technically no minimum, however, runs of 25+ units are more cost effective. The higher the cost, the cheaper the unit price!

🚚 What if I can't pick up?

We can express post to you anywhere in Australia, either the afternoon you make you order, or the next courier pickup the next day. The items will then take a day or so to most metro areas, or a little longer to anywhere else.

⏰ Why is the same day service so much more expensive?

There is a lot of effort and planning that goes into preparing a custom printed item within a few hours, particularly when we are busy. So we need to cover the costs that come with staffing.

💰 So planning ahead can save money?

Yes, absolutely! If we have time, the job can go into our standard queue and less urgency means we can take time in preparing your custom merch order, and save the rush fee.

👕 What decoration methods do you offer? 

For same day service, we use DTG (direct to garment) or DTF (direct to film). Both methods are incredibly durable and long lasting. But they also allow a speedier service.

For our standard turnaround, we offer the above, but also screen printing and embroidery.

👕 Can I Supply My Own Garments for Printing?

Yes you can, however we will ask you a few questions about the items to make sure we use the best decoration method.

We offer the following prices on our same day and standard turnaround service if you supply your own garments. (But please note the longer you take to get your items to us, the longer the job will take to complete)

1-9 UNITS

If these are sporting items, you might prefer a vinyl transfer. This would cost an additional $5 + GST on top of the prices quoted above.

🎨 Can you design for me?

Yes! We have a full design team of Graphic Designers and Illustrators, all ready to help discuss your brief and create your artwork.

💳 What are your payment terms?

Order must be paid for up front via the web store or we can issue an invoice manually for EFT or Credit Card payment.

🌈 Can you print Pantone Colours?

We can digitally colour match, or custom mix inks for screen print.

For embroidery, we can offer a large range of thread colour options to closely match your needs.

👚 What are you garment care instructions?

We always recommend a cold wash cycle, and to avoid hanging in the sun. Iron your items inside out, and avoid ironing directly onto a printed area.

📁 What file formats do you recommend? 

Vector files are always referred for the best result. These can be provided in .EPS, .AI, PDF formats. Otherwise, we can use other formats provided the resolution is high. 

We can technically print any file you send, but any issues with the art will be flagged, and if needed, we can charge small art adjustment fees. Any art we amend or redraw, will be given to you to keep for future purposes.

👕 Can I mix and match my desired sizes within an order?

Yes, the print always stays the same size, the garment can be different sizes in the run itself.

👚 Can I mix and match different garments within an order and still access the tiered pricing discounts?

Yes, we recommend you contact us directly to ensure you get the best price.

An order of 100 items, provided they have the same prints, can consists of a combination or unisex and women's tees, hoodies, jumpers, etc.

📆 How long have we been operating?

We have been in the merchandise printing game for 10 years as of June 2023.
