Women's cut is a V-neck. Men's cut is a crew (round) neck. The photos show the short sleeve; the long sleeve is the same design with full-length sleeves.
Made to order, monthly. Jersey orders go into production on the 1st of each month and take 3 to 4 weeks from then. Not guaranteed to arrive before the World Championships.
