What are the minimum order quantities?
Our minimums depend on the decoration method. DTF digital print and embroidery start at just 1 unit, while screen print requires a minimum of 25 units. You can mix sizes within the same colour and decoration method.
What artwork files do you need?
For best results, send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution PNG/JPEG (minimum 300dpi). Don't worry if you're not sure about your files - we'll review your artwork and let you know if anything needs adjusting before we create your proof.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7-10 business days from proof approval and payment. Need it sooner? Let us know when you request your quote and we'll do our best to accommodate rush orders where possible. Surcharge may apply.
Can I mix sizes in my order?
Absolutely. You can mix any combination of sizes within the same colour and decoration method. The unit price is based on your total quantity across all sizes, so ordering more across different sizes still gets you better pricing.
How do I choose the right decoration method?
DTF digital print is ideal for full-colour designs and smaller runs with no setup fees. Screen print is the most cost-effective option for larger runs with fewer colours. Are prices shown including GST?
All prices shown on our website and in the configurator are ex-GST. GST (10%) will be added to your final invoice. If you're registered for GST, you can claim it back as an input tax credit.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We can produce a single printed sample before you commit to a full run. Sample pricing is higher per unit since it's a one-off production, but it gives you a chance to see the finished product before ordering. Ask about samples when you request your quote.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand behind our work. Every order is checked against your approved proof before dispatch. If there's a print quality issue or the finished product doesn't match what was approved, we'll reprint the affected items at no cost. That's why we include a free digital proof on every order -so you can confirm everything looks right before production begins.
When do I pay?
Payment is required before production begins. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in Australia. Metro deliveries typically arrive 1-3 business days after dispatch, regional 3-5 days. Shipping costs are included in your final invoice and depend on order size and destination. Local Melbourne pickup is also available.
