Band Merch
Packs

The sell-out merch table. Tees, totes, stickers and patches in one fixed-price pack, printed and packed in Melbourne.

Most bands lose money on merch before they sell a single item, because everything gets quoted separately and the numbers only make sense at volumes you cannot commit to. Our band merch packs fix that. Pick a tier, get a fixed price per pack, and know your margin at the table before you order.

Every pack is built around the items that actually move at a merch table: a printed tee, a tote for the walk-ups, and stickers and patches as the impulse buys that clear your float. One design covers the whole pack, so you are paying for one print setup, not four.

Minimum order is 25 packs. Printed and packed at our Moorabbin workshop and shipped anywhere in Australia.

Pick Your Pack

01

Support

from $21.68 / pack

Staple Tee + die-cut stickers

The entry merch table. One good tee, one sticker drop. Enough to sell at the gig without carrying stock you cannot shift.

02

Headliner

from $42.41 / pack

Staple Tee + tote + die-cut stickers + woven patch

The table that actually pays. A tee for the fans, a tote for the walk-ups, stickers and a patch as the impulse buys that clear the float.

03

Tour

from $86.19 / pack

Staple Tee + Stencil Hood + tote + 2x stickers + woven patch

Full run. Hoodies carry the margin, the rest carries the volume. Built for a tour, not a single show.

How It Works

01

Pick A Tier

Support, Headliner or Tour. Each one is a fixed pack price, so you know your cost per unit and your margin at the table before you commit.

02

Choose Your Blank

Every pack defaults to the AS Colour Staple Tee. Drop to the Block Tubular to save on cost per unit, or step up to the Classic for a heavier retail feel.

03

Send Artwork

One design covers the whole pack. Send print-ready art, or we can set it up for you. We print front as standard, back as an add-on.

04

Approve The Proof

You sign off the proof before anything goes to press. Nothing is printed until you have approved exactly what you are getting.

05

Packed And Shipped

Printed, folded and packed at our Moorabbin workshop, then shipped to you in time for the run. Bulk to one address or split across the band.

[ THE_GUARANTEE ]

Approve It, Then We Print It

You sign off a proof before anything goes to press. If what turns up does not match what you approved, we remake it at our cost. No arguing about it after the fact.

Quick Answers

01

What is a band merch pack?

A band merch pack is a fixed-price bundle of the merch that actually sells at a table: tees, totes, stickers and patches, all printed with one design. Instead of quoting each item separately, you pick a tier and get a per-pack price, so you know your cost and your margin before you order. We build them in three tiers, from a simple tee-and-stickers run up to a full tour pack with hoodies.

02

How many do I have to order?

Minimum order is 25 packs. Pricing improves at 50 and again at 100, so most bands ordering for a tour land at 50 or 100. If you are testing a design before a bigger run, 25 is a genuine starting point, not a token minimum.

03

How much do band merch packs cost?

Our Support pack starts from $21.68 per pack at 100 units, the Headliner pack from $42.41, and the full Tour pack from $86.19, all excluding GST. Every tier is priced against what the same items would cost bought separately, and the pack price is always lower. Swapping to a budget blank brings the per-unit cost down further.

04

Can I use a cheaper t-shirt to bring the price down?

Yes. Every pack defaults to the AS Colour Staple Tee, which is our standard mid-weight blank. You can switch to the AS Colour Block Tubular Tee to reduce the cost per pack, or move up to the Classic Tee for a heavier, more retail-feeling garment. The print stays the same either way.

05

Can I get a print on the front and the back?

Yes. Every pack includes a front print as standard. A back print is available as a per-garment add-on, which is the most common upgrade for band merch. Sleeve and other placements can be quoted on request.

06

What if the print does not look right?

You approve a proof before we print anything. If the finished merch does not match the proof you approved, we remake it at our cost. That is the whole guarantee: what you sign off is what you get.

07

How long does it take?

Around two weeks from artwork approval and paid deposit, not from your first enquiry. If you have a tour date or a release to hit, tell us up front and we will confirm whether the timeline works before you commit. Rush production is available on request.

08

Do you print band merch for interstate acts?

Yes. We print and pack at our Moorabbin workshop in Melbourne and ship Australia-wide. Plenty of the merch we produce goes out to acts touring interstate, and we can ship in bulk to one address or split a run across band members and management.

09

Can I mix sizes across the pack?

Yes. Give us your size breakdown and we will pack to it. Most bands weight toward medium and large for a merch table, and we can advise on a split if you are not sure what to order.
