We supply school sports days across Melbourne, from primary school carnivals to secondary college PE programmes, working with PE teachers, house captains, sports coordinators and parents' and friends' associations. There are two ways to do it: a fully custom sublimated shirt with your house crest and colours built from scratch, or a stock kids tee in your existing house colours, printed with your school or house logo. Either way we invoice the school directly, run kids sizes through to adult sizes for staff in the same order, and you can pick up from our Moorabbin workshop or have it delivered to the school.
Best for: A proper house shirt with your crest, house name and colours built into the design, not just printed on top.
When to choose this: The school wants a shirt that looks genuinely custom, is happy to commit to a design once, and doesn't mind the longer lead time.
Best for: Schools that already have house colours and need a tee in that colour with the crest or logo printed on front (and back if needed).
When to choose this: The school already has house colours locked in, wants the lowest cost per shirt, and doesn't need a from-scratch design.
Adult sizes for staff and parent helpers are priced the same way, so ask for a quote once you know your headcount split. Every job is still priced fresh against current rates at quote time rather than off an old spreadsheet.

Kids sizes for students, adult sizes for staff and helpers, in one combined order. We can work from a class list or a rough headcount per house.

Once the order is locked in you'll see exactly how the design, colours and any names sit on the shirt before we print anything. That matters most for sublimated shirts, which can't be corrected after printing.
Collect from our Moorabbin workshop, or we deliver to the school ahead of the carnival. Tell us the date you need shirts in hand and we build the timeline back from it.

Sublimated is a fully custom shirt built from your design and colours, edge to edge, with an optional name and number. Stock DTF is a tee already in your house colour with your logo printed on top, faster to organise and cheaper per unit if you don't need a from-scratch design.
Sublimated custom shirts have a 5 unit minimum, so a small house group is fine. Stock DTF tees have no fixed minimum, though ordering by house or by grade rather than one shirt at a time gets you into a cheaper price tier.

We stock a wide colour range in kids sizing, covering the common house colour sets: red, blue, navy, royal, green, gold, yellow, plus purple and orange. Send us your exact house colours and we'll confirm against supplier swatches before you commit.
Yes. We invoice the school directly rather than collecting payment from each family. Talk to us about your school's usual purchasing process and we'll work with it.
Sublimated custom shirts: 15-20 business days from when you sign off the artwork and the name and size list. Stock DTF tees: 7-10 business days from artwork approval.
We don't build a mockup before the order is confirmed, that's standard across every job we run. Once it's locked in you'll see exactly how it looks before anything goes to print, in time to fix anything that's off.
Yes. Once your school's house colours, sizing and design are on file, next year's order or a mid-year top-up for a new student is a quick repeat, not a job built from scratch.
