Melbourne Merch is building out a dedicated sports programme, and roller derby is one of the first codes on it. Every jersey is a sleeveless singlet cut, sublimated edge to edge, with your skater's name and roster number included in the price, not an add-on. Numbers can be printed as big as your league's rules require, since nothing is limited by a print method the way screen printing or DTF can be. Prefer a sleeved jersey instead of a tank? Same design, same process, priced from our standard jersey range.
Every jersey is fully sublimated, so a different skater name and number on every jersey costs the same as printing them all blank. There's no per-name or per-number fee. The tank/singlet cut above is the standard shape for derby, built for arm mobility during blocking, and it's priced on the same ladder we use for other sleeveless sports, so a bigger roster lands in a lower tier automatically. Every job is still priced fresh against current rates rather than off an old spreadsheet.
Send us your league or team colours, logo and roster (skater names and numbers). Tell us your league's number-size rule if you have one, we'll build the layout around it.
We send back a jersey mockup with your design, so you can see exactly what prints before anything is made.
Once you sign off the mockup and the full roster, production starts. Sublimated jerseys can't be corrected after printing, so this step matters.
Your league or team's jerseys are cut and sewn as one batch by our sublimation partner, 15-20 business days from sign-off.
Collect from our Moorabbin workshop, or we post the finished jerseys straight to your league or your organiser.

Yes. Because it's sublimated rather than screen printed or DTF, there's no size limit on the printed number the way there is with other methods. Tell us your league's number-size and format rules (most flat track leagues run to WFTDA's rules, which set a 6 inch/15cm minimum and no letters in the number) and we'll build the layout around it.
Both. Our standard derby jersey is a sleeveless singlet cut, the shape most teams skate in, but we can also produce a sleeved short-sleeve jersey in the same design if your team or league prefers it, priced from our standard jersey range.
