We print and embroider your designs onto quality blank garments. If you run a small clothing label and you want your logo or artwork on good tees, hoodies, crews and caps, without ordering a factory run, that is the job we do well.
What we do for clothing brands
You choose the blank. We put your brand on it. Most of our label work is on AS Colour, which is a solid base for streetwear and everyday basics. We also stock Gildan, Champion, American Apparel, Comfort Colors, Ramo, JB's Wear, Winning Spirit, Biz Collection, Bocini, Aussie Pacific, Legend Life, and Flexfit and Yupoong for caps, so if you have a different garment in mind, we can quote it.
- Tees, hoodies, crews and caps. Printed or embroidered, front, back, sleeve or chest.
- Print methods. DTF (digital transfer) for full colour and fine detail, screen print for bigger runs with solid colours, and embroidery for logos and text.
- Inside-neck printing. A small printed label inside the neck, up to 40 x 40mm, so your brand shows when someone tries the garment on.
- Label removal. On AS Colour core tees and hoods the tear-out label comes out at no extra charge, so the printed neck label replaces it cleanly.
- Woven labels and swing tags. Send us your own woven neck labels and we sew them in, and we can add your swing tags so the garments arrive retail ready. Ask for it with your quote.
Small runs, not factory minimums
Screen printing starts at 25 units. DTF and embroidery have no strict minimum, though orders under 10 pieces are priced at our sample rate, which costs more per piece because the setup is the same. That makes it easy to order a few pieces first and check the fit, the colour and the print before you commit to a bigger run.
How long it takes
Turnaround is counted in business days from an approved proof and payment:
- DTF: 7 to 10 business days
- Screen print: 10 to 12 business days
- Embroidery: 10 to 12 business days
Your quote comes back first, then we check your artwork and send a digital proof within one business day. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Need it sooner? Ask about our 3 to 5 business day rush. If you have a launch date, tell us when you ask for the quote so we can say honestly whether it works.
Help with your print files
Not every new brand has artwork that is ready to print. Send what you have. If you supply a clean vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) there is no artwork charge. If the file needs redrawing, we tell you and quote it before we do any work, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Two small tips that save time. For DTF, send a PNG or vector with a transparent background, because only the artwork is printed and any gaps show the garment colour. For embroidery, keep the design simple, because fine detail and thin lines do not stitch well and we will suggest print instead if that is the better call.
What we don't do
We would rather tell you now than waste your time.
- We don't make garments. We decorate existing blanks. We do not do cut-and-sew, custom patterns, custom fabric weights or fits outside what the blank ranges offer, or reinforced seams and necklines. If your brand needs a fully custom garment, you need a manufacturer, and we are not one.
- No full-back embroidery. Our maximum embroidery size is 260 x 260mm. Big back embroidery needs a specialist large-format embroidery maker.
- Raised (3D puff) embroidery is only for bigger runs. It starts at 50 pieces per design.
- No wrap-around prints on finished garments. A print cannot run across seams on a hoodie or tee. We design to the flat print areas.
- No screen print on caps. Caps are embroidered or DTF printed.
If your brief sits inside those lines, we are a good fit.

Yes. Send us your woven labels and swing tags and we will sew in the labels and attach the tags. It is quoted as an extra, so mention it when you ask for a quote.
Can you make a hoodie with my own cut, fabric and fit?
No. We decorate blanks. We do not manufacture garments.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne?
Yes, Australia-wide, or you can pick up from our Moorabbin workshop.
